I believe that i had a panic attack the other night and i wasn’t really thinking about anything… i do have a boyfriend in iraq and i am stressed alot… i just started crying really really hard and couldn’t breath like gasping over and over for air… also what do you do in a situation like that… i called a friend and she got the jist of what was going on but didn’t know what to do either so i just layed there till it stopped… i guess i wanna be prepared if it happens again… thanks
is a panic attack anything to call 911 over?… my friend wanted me to call 911 but i told her no cause they couldn’t do anything…. i just told her to let it pass which it did… 45 minutes later

I am having major panic attacks. I’ve gotten them all my life but lately I’m really getting them. I’m on different meds for a back injury and I thought maybe it was because of that and stress but now I’m so scared that it may be something else. Do you know what usually causes them?
