Stress is the normal psychological and physical reaction of our body to the demands in our lives. All of us are equipped with a response system that gets triggered every time we encounter a threat: Our body responses to the perceived threat by releasing a burst of hormones that fuels our fight-or-flight mechanism. Yoga is a set of slow exercises that will diffuse your stress levels, refresh your mind, and improve your concentration. Guided imagery is known method used to achieve relaxation. It really helps create a sense of peace by allowing the mind to have comfortable thought which can help relief the stress being felt.
There are actually options of relaxation methods and techniques that can be used to address and lower down stress. You don’t have to work hard or even pay that much just for chronic stress relief. Just find what technique will best work for you. Stress is just a normal part of life but if improperly controlled it can develop to a huge problem which will be hard to deal with later on.
